Once the design is finalized, we move to the fabric sourcing stage. We use premium woven fabrics and also import selected materials from trusted suppliers to maintain consistency in texture, durability, and finish.
The next step is cutting and preparation, where fabrics are carefully cut using modern cutting machines. Each piece is checked to ensure it meets exact measurements and specifications before moving to the sewing stage.
During the stitching and assembly process, our skilled workforce utilizes industrial sewing machines and specialized equipment such as button-holing and fusing machines. This ensures strong stitching, proper fitting, and long-lasting garment quality.
After assembly, every product undergoes strict quality control. Our quality assurance team inspects each garment for stitching accuracy, finishing, measurements, and overall appearance to ensure it meets client expectations.
The final stage involves finishing, packaging, and delivery. We provide customized packaging solutions including polybags, hangers, carton boxes, and barcode labeling based on client requirements.
With a flexible production capacity of 5,000 to 10,000 pieces per month, supported by subcontracting partners, we are capable of handling both small and large-scale orders efficiently.
